The gym has modern equipment. I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There are also free weights available. The hotel allowed me to store my luggage before check-in. This was useful because I wanted to explore the area. I used the free WiFi, and it worked without any issues.
The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops. It has subway stations within a short walking distance. Central Park is easily accessible. Many tourist attractions are nearby this location.

The front desk staff provided helpful directions and information. They assisted me with taxi bookings. The housekeeping service kept my room clean, and they were very efficient. I was comfortable .

The receptionist was very helpful when we couldn't access our room at 6pm. She offered a partial refund. this turned a slightly annoying situation into a positive experience. the hotel's location is great. Many restaurants are close. we used the bar and the staff there served very good cocktails.
The air conditioning had a very bad odor. It smelled like mold. there were two elevators, and both worked only one day. one elevator didn't work at all for a whole day, and we stayed on the 9th floor. also, there was no refrigerator in the room.

the beautiful queen room was spacious. it featured two queen beds separated by roomlets. this configuration gave everyone extra privacy and allowed for better sleep. the room was clean.

Decent Location, Problems with Amenities

I found several issues . The gym was minimal, with old machines. There wasn't even water or cleaning supplies. The room felt cold because there was concrete instead of carpet under the bed. Water temperature was inconsistent. It alternated between lukewarm and scalding before settling on just lukewarm. I felt the resort fees were excessive, especially given the limited amenities.

the location was amazing near central park. the room was very clean. i appreciate the friendly and professional attitude from the front desk staff, they were very helpful. they quickly processed our reservation and got us into a nice room.
the tv didn't work during the entire stay, it had no channels. i think there should have been more options other than a few news channels, and the channels quality were bad.

i enjoyed the convenient location near subway lines. i found four subway stations within a short walk.. made getting around easy. the staff held my bags before check-in, a huge plus. i also thought the quiet atmosphere was welcome after busy days.
i would have liked a kettle in the room for making tea.
